First-ever crossborder PU Alumni meet-up in China University of the Punjab - Press Release

LAHORE: (Tuesday, December 19, 2023): Punjab University arranged a meet-up in Beijing, in which PU alumni from China actively participated. On this occasion, an alumni group was established by the Director of PU Alumni Dr Mumtaz Anwar aiming to maintain regular communication with the varsity in the future. According to Dr Mumtaz, this initiative serves as a platform for the alumni to stay connected with their alma mater and contribute to the ongoing success of the university. He hoped that the newly formed alumni group is committed to fostering a strong bond between PU and its graduates in Beijing, China ensuring a continuous exchange of experiences and support for one another. He said that this development marks a positive step in building a lasting relationship between the alumni community in Beijing and Punjab University, reinforcing the sense of unity and shared experiences among former students.
